Where do you provide cleaning services?
We are based in Shepparton, VIC and service Shepparton and surrounding areas including Mooroopna, Benalla, Wangaratta, Echuca and the broader Greater Shepparton region. Not sure if we cover your area? Send us a message and we'll let you know.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes — we hold $20M Public Liability Insurance (BIZCOVER) and Workers Compensation (EML Work Cover). You're fully protected with every clean. We also hold a Labour Hire Authority Licence, School Cleaning Panel (EDU) approval, Working With Children Card (WWCC) and White Card in Construction (WORKSAFE).
How long have you been in business?
GV Platinum has over 10 years of experience in the professional cleaning industry. Our team is expert in handling cleaning equipment, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and all relevant safety materials.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many of our regular clients provide a key or access code so we can clean while they're at work. We're fully trusted and vetted — your property is safe with us. If you prefer to be home, that's completely fine too.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes — we believe consistency builds trust. For regular cleaning services, we do our best to assign the same cleaner to your property so they learn exactly how you like things done.
How much does a clean cost?
Our pricing depends on the size of the property, type of clean, and frequency. We offer competitive, affordable rates tailored to your needs. The best way to get an accurate price is to request a free quote — it only takes 2 minutes and we'll respond within 2–4 hours.
Do you charge more for one-off cleans vs regular cleans?
Regular clients (weekly or fortnightly) typically receive a better rate than one-off cleans, as the property is maintained more consistently. One-off and bond cleans are quoted individually based on the property's current condition and requirements.
Do you charge by the hour or the job?
We can quote either by the job (flat-rate) or by the hour depending on the type of service. Bond and end-of-lease cleans are typically quoted as a flat rate so you know the exact cost upfront. Regular residential or commercial cleans may be quoted hourly depending on scope.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden fees. We are upfront about our pricing in our quote. If anything changes during the clean that could affect the price, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding. We supply our own cleaning products and equipment at no extra charge unless specialty chemicals are required.
What is included in a bond / end-of-lease clean?
Our bond cleans are thorough and cover everything a property manager expects:
  • All rooms — vacuum, mop, dust and wipe
  • Kitchen — oven, stovetop, rangehood, cupboards (inside & out), sink, benchtops
  • Bathrooms & toilets — scrub, sanitise, descale
  • Windows (inside), window sills and tracks
  • Skirting boards, light switches, door handles
  • Cobweb removal throughout
  • Garage (if applicable)
Extras like carpet steam cleaning and external windows can be added — just let us know in your quote request.
Do you guarantee bond cleans?
Yes. If your property manager identifies a cleaning issue on their inspection report, contact us within 72 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no extra cost. We are committed to helping you get your bond back.
How far in advance should I book a bond clean?
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially at busy periods like end of month. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — call us on 0409 962 117 and we'll see what we can do.
Do I need to have the property empty before the bond clean?
Yes — the property should be empty of furniture, personal belongings and rubbish before we arrive. This allows us to clean every surface thoroughly. Power and water must also be connected. If the property still has items in it, please let us know when booking so we can factor this into the quote.
What cleaning services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of professional cleaning services, including:

Do you supply your own cleaning products?
Yes — we bring all necessary cleaning products, chemicals and equipment. Our team is trained in the safe and effective use of professional-grade cleaning chemicals. If you have preferences (e.g. eco-friendly products or specific brands), just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you clean schools and government buildings?
Yes. We are approved on the School Cleaning Panel (EDU) in Victoria, and our staff hold Working With Children Cards (WWCC) and White Cards. We are equipped to service schools, childcare centres, government offices and other regulated environments.
Can you do a one-off spring clean or deep clean?
Absolutely. We offer one-off deep cleans and spring cleans for homes and businesses. These are more thorough than a standard maintenance clean and cover areas that aren't always done weekly — inside appliances, cupboards, behind furniture, etc. Request a quote to get started.
How do I get a quote or book?

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes — we understand life happens. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can adjust our schedule. Call or message us on 0409 962 117 and we'll sort it out promptly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (EFT) and cash. Payment details and terms will be confirmed when you receive your quote. For regular clients, invoices are typically issued after each clean.
