What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday to Saturday and can accommodate early morning or flexible start times to suit your business or household schedule. Contact us to discuss a time that works best for you.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes. We use professional-grade, environmentally responsible cleaning products wherever possible. If you have allergies or sensitivities to specific chemicals, let us know when booking and we'll accommodate your needs.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, absolutely. We arrive fully equipped with all cleaning products, equipment and tools needed for the job. You don't need to supply anything — just give us access to the property.

Do you do end of lease / bond cleaning?

Can you clean restaurants and commercial kitchens?
Yes. We have experience cleaning commercial kitchens, restaurants and food-preparation areas to food-safe hygiene standards. We understand the importance of compliance and work around your trading hours to minimise disruption.
Do you offer one-off cleans or only regular contracts?
We offer both. Whether you need a one-off deep clean, a post-event tidy, or an ongoing regular service (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) — we can accommodate you. There are no lock-in contracts, so you're free to adjust or cancel at any time.
How much do your cleaning services cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the property, type of clean, and frequency. We provide free, no-obligation quotes tailored to your specific needs. Contact us via the website or call 0409 962 117 and we'll give you a clear, upfront price with no hidden fees.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for larger jobs or end-of-lease cleans. For ongoing regular services, we'll lock in a recurring time slot that suits you. We'll always try to accommodate last-minute requests where possible.
How do I pay?
We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged for ongoing contracts. We'll always provide a clear invoice for your records.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Our policy is:
More than 24 hours notice — No cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours notice — Up to 50% of the service cost may apply.
No access / no show — Full service fee may be charged.
We'll always try to be flexible — just let us know as soon as possible.
Are you insured?
Yes. GV Platinum Cleaning Services holds public liability insurance. Your property is protected while our team is on site. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with any aspect of our work, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean the area at no extra charge. We stand behind the quality of our work.
Will I always get the same cleaner?
We do our best to send the same cleaner for your regular appointments so they know your property and preferences. Occasionally a replacement may be necessary due to illness or leave — we'll always notify you in advance when this happens.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many of our clients are out during the clean. We just need a way to access the property — whether that's a key, code, or someone letting us in. Our team is fully trusted and professional.
